2. Lead Conversion Responsibility
Barnett Co. provides digital infrastructure to generate and capture leads (quote requests, messages, and calls). However, we are not a sales team. Once a lead is delivered to the client’s CRM, email, or WhatsApp, it is the sole responsibility of the client to follow up, quote, and close the deal. We accept no liability for financial losses due to a client's failure to respond to leads in a timely manner.

3. System Uptime & Technical Glitches
While we utilize premium, high-speed cloud hosting designed for 99.9% uptime, the internet is subject to unpredictable disruptions. Barnett Co. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from temporary website downtime, telecommunication failures, or software glitches.

4. Cap on Liability
In the unlikely event that Barnett Co. is found legally liable for any service failure, our maximum total liability to the client shall not exceed the total management fees paid by the client to Barnett Co. in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim. This does not include ad spend, which is paid directly to third-party networks.
